Vin D'el Olive (formerly El Olive) is a Mediterranean-style dining restaurant that opened in January 2010 to provide the 'most Busan-themed cuisine in Busan’. We are introducing
new course dishes every season by using eco-friendly agricultural products and seasonal and local ingredients, which are cultivated in an environmentally-friendly farm (olive
farm) located in the hills southeast of Oryong Mountain in Gyeongnam Province.
Vin D'el Olive is composed of a main building, a glass house and a private room. It is possible to utilize the space appropriately according to the various personnel. In the case of the need to use a private room, a separate building features an electric projector and a screen, and is a setting often used as an optimal space for business. Through the offering of
cuisine and unique spaces, we hosted the 2012 International Lions Dinner, the Busan International Film Festival and the Busan International Choral Festival Collaboration Event, as well as the International Association of Gastronomy Dinner (Gala Dinner) for four times (2010-2012, 2014).
