본문

Spawned through the signing of 114,000 Busan citizens who were keen to build a science museum, the Busan National Science Museum is a science and technology experience hall that is a center of southeastern strategic industries that focus on the main industries of Busan, Ulsan and Gyeongnam, which consist of industries involving automobiles,
aerospace, shipbuilding, energy and radiation medicine. 82% of the 188 exhibits are made of experiential exhibits. The museum has a permanent exhibition hall, astronomical
observatory, planetarium, children's hall, and Kim Jin Jae Hall (Special Exhibition Hall). Many people can easily enjoy and experience science and technology here. In addition,
many schools and educational institutions visit various educational programs such as science and engineering career education and liberal school semesters for elementary and
junior high school student groups. In addition, an astronomical observing camp using the Science Museum’s Camp Hall is very popular among school groups and family visitors. In addition to its own exhibition and education, there is also a meeting room for seminars and forums, a conference hall, and the camp hall for accommodation. Diverse domestic and international events are regularly held such as lectures from invited experts, including the American Embassy, NASA promotional ambassadors, and joint workshops hosted by the Ministry of Science, ICT and Future Planning, and start-up camps.
