This space is the first complex cultural space in Busan which was directly discovered by local youths. The first floor is divided into 80 pyeong, which includes the yard, and the
secondfloor features a lounge area and access to the roof. The entire space can be used for weddings, concerts, performances, markets, movie filming, etc. From 2013, brand events (Canada Goose, Vans, Adidas, Fila, Alpha Industries), concerts (including Jo Sung Mo, Indie Band, and many other famous singers from abroad), filming (Lucid Dream, Real), various groups and corporate events, Korean idol music videos (Monster X, B-Free Up10tion), many DYI weddings, flea markets (once every two months) are held regularly.
